Accessing service details
Open Servers or Domains in Dash, find the service in the list, and select View details (servers) or Manage (domains) on its row.
Find the service
On Servers, filter by server type or status. On Domains, filter by status. You can also search with at least 3 characters: a hostname or IP address for servers, or a domain name for domains.
Open it
On the servers list, select View details to open a server's page. Active, suspended, and ended servers all show it. An order still waiting on payment shows View Invoice instead, and a server that is still being set up shows Available once active until it's ready.
On the domains list, select Manage on the row of an Active or Expiring soon domain. A domain order still waiting on payment shows View invoice, and a domain that's no longer manageable (for example, a suspended domain) shows View.
If a row has no action
- An order that's over (cancelled, or not paid in time) has no button.
- On the servers list, if a search or filter matches nothing, select Clear search or Clear filters to see the whole list again.
- An incoming domain transfer has no action until it completes.
If a service is missing
Check the active filters, confirm you're in the right workspace, and check that the order didn't fail. See Server statuses explained or Domain statuses explained.
