Viewing Invoices

This page explains how to review your invoices in the billing section of Dash.

What viewing invoices is for

Use the invoice list when you want to:

  • review current and past invoices
  • check invoice status
  • confirm issue dates and due dates
  • open a specific invoice for more details
  • understand which invoice needs attention first

This is one of the most common billing tasks in Dash.

Open the billing section

Sign in to Dash and go to the billing section.

From there, open or review the invoice list.

This page shows the invoices connected to your account.

What you may see in the invoice list

Depending on the interface, the invoice list may include:

  • invoice number
  • issue date
  • due date
  • total amount
  • current status
  • action button to open the invoice

The exact layout may change over time, but the purpose remains the same.

Use the list to check invoice status

The invoice list helps you quickly understand which invoices are:

  • paid
  • unpaid
  • overdue
  • pending
  • in another billing state

For status meaning, review the invoice status reference page if needed.

Read due dates together with status

Do not review the due date by itself.

Also check the invoice status at the same time.

For example:

  • an invoice with a future due date may still need payment soon
  • an unpaid invoice with a near due date may need immediate attention
  • an overdue invoice usually means billing action is already late
  • a paid invoice usually no longer needs action even if the due date has passed

A due date is most useful when read together with invoice status.

Use invoices to prioritize billing actions

If you have more than one invoice, use the list to decide what needs attention first.

A good habit is to review:

  • which unpaid invoice is due soonest
  • whether an overdue invoice already exists
  • whether a recent invoice still needs payment confirmation

This makes billing review more structured and helps reduce surprises.

Open an invoice for more details

When you find the invoice you need, open it to review the full invoice details.

This is useful when you want to confirm:

  • what the invoice is for
  • whether payment has already been applied
  • whether the due date is approaching
  • whether the invoice may affect a related service

Review invoices early

It is a good habit to review invoices before the due date whenever possible.

This helps you:

  • avoid service interruptions
  • catch unexpected billing issues early
  • confirm that renewal-related invoices were generated correctly

If an invoice does not appear

If you expect an invoice but do not see it:

  • refresh the page
  • review the billing section again
  • confirm that you are in the correct account
  • check whether the related service is already visible in Dash
  • contact support if the invoice still seems missing
